you've seen it here first...the biscuit pie! a light, fluffy sponge baked inside a buttery, crumbly biscuit, served up with a scoop of indulgent buttercream. the biscuit and sponge are entirely baked by hand...no machines, no fancy whisks...just a good ol'fashioned traditional technique that produces the lightest of sponges (and the guns of a WWE wrestler).
i'm currently in the Love From B kitchenette busy baking away flavour combos to wow your palettes and fill your rubbling tummies, using only the best ingredients. all my butter, eggs, creams and yogurts are sourced from local british farms, and my flours from an organic english mill. i'll be back soon with a full website, pictures, and ingredient info, but in the meantime, pop along to one of the following where the biscuit pie will be having its very own debut...
